Well, it said rest day, but the last ten days I have been on holidays and getting into trouble, so I needed a change and me and Chris hit a WOD.

10 RPU
10 Burpees
10 Wall Balls 16-20# ball
5 times for time, then 200 reps of situps, change every 25, you decide.
Chris did it around 19 min, myself around 22 min. Lungs are still hurting.
