100m partner wheelbarrow carry
31 box jumps

400m run (both team members run together)
50 pullups (no bands partner must help team member get chin over bar)

25 Big boy tireflips with jump through ( together you flip the tire then each jump through the tire)

 detox pullups for these two!!
Work hard and have fun at university girls! 
Make sure you stop down when you are home
