Family Fitness 8 Week Challenge

Rule #1:
Have fun!

Rule #2:
All members of the family must participate!

Challenge:
Every Sunday in the comfort or your own home complete as many reps  as possible in 2 min of:

squats
push ups
double pumpers

Complete 2 min of squats 2 min of push ups and 2 min of double pumpers. Record total family reps.

Send me your results and I will post them. I will take video submissions :)
