NOpe, that is what makes SGS so beautiful. Your sitting there having a lazy Sunday, then all of a sudden the hairs on the back of your neck go up and you start to think, mmmmm, I wonder which of my enemies is hitting a workout today, trying to get an edge on me. Then you get this urge to train even harder on a day traditionally for a day of rest. So you round up you mates and a hour later all of you are rolling on the ground in pain, joy, happiness as you just slayed a SGS WOD. Today at 2pm the Underground!
